My name is Tsukiji Mom. I worked as a seafood fisherman at the Tokyo Central Wholesale Market (Tsukiji Inner Market) for nearly 25 years as a third-generation wholesaler. Even though I've left the market, my love for fish remains strong, so I started a YouTube channel. I hope I can be of help, even just a little, to any seafood lovers out there.
