在居家抗疫期間，我們身心難免遇到一些煩惱、各種壓力和挑戰。希望透過三藩市非謀利機構金美倫堂的網上「心理健康多面睇」講座，可以帶給各位一些正能量和技巧去面對，迎刃而解問題和建立積極的心態過一個開心和健康的生活。
Being aware of our mental health is really important, particularly during the COVID-19 pandemic and sheltering in place. Donaldina Cameron House, a non-profit organization in San Francisco Chinatown, hopes to reach out to the Cantonese-speaking community in promoting positive energy and sharing information and skills to promote good mental health and healthy well-being. Our “Mental Wellness At A Glance” webinar videos will be posted on the 3rd Monday of each month. We hope that people will be able to cope with change and uncertainty, maintain healthy relationships, and be able to manage positive and negative behaviors.
