I am documenting my experience with ARTHROSCOPIC HIP SURGERIES! I am in my mid 30's and need both hips REPAIRED (IMPINGEMENT and LABRAL TEARS repaired one hip at a time), so if anyone out there is struggling with hip pain (or just wants to laugh!) come follow along : ) I am SOOOO NOT a DOCTOR, so this is just MY experience and my understanding of the process. Shoutout to @Arika Kay and @Holly Bollig for their videos documenting their journeys, which really helped me. So let’s see how this goes! In the meantime just BE WELL!!!
