I live in Hokuriku Area in Japan which is surrounded by natural hotsprings and spas. I am here to introduce the beauty of my country and to share great places where I go and enjoy Japanese Onsen. I encourage everyone to have information of the benefits of natural hotsprings. As a Japanese, going to the onsen is part of our culture. We aim to have a relaxing time and stay healthy. We believe that taking a bath in an onsen is one of the ways to keep our body strong.

Beginning as health spas, onsen has developed into one of the most popular tourist attractions in Japan as well as greatly influenced Japanese bathing culture. It is not uncommon for families, couples, and friends to take weekend trips just to visit an onsen and its surrounding areas. Onsen are an incredibly relaxing way to enjoy one of Japan’s oldest and most popular traditions.
